CBS Roscommon and Creggs U14’s joined together to play Sligo Grammar School last Friday nights under lights in Creggs in a friendly game and came out on top 19-5 in a very competitive encounter. Up front Tom Farrell, Jack Keegan, Jack Hanley and John McDonnell were very prominent on the Night and out the backs Jack McGahon, Aodha Hession, Mark Purcell, Kevin Brennan and Jack Lohan showed well in attack and defense. Tries from Jack Keegan, John McDonnell and Aodha Hession and two conversions from Mark Purcell completed the scoring for the CBS/Creggs team. Creggs U14’s are due to play Sligo RFC in the league next weekend in Creggs.
