Creggs Rugby Second XV 23, NUIG 17.

The Creggs Second Team recorded an excellent win over NUIG in the opening round of the Ard na Cregg Cup on Sunday.

This was a very brave display by the home team, and sets up a home quarter-final clash with Carrick-on-Shannon.

Mark Brandon’s late try sealed a hard fought victory, but each player contributed hugely to this win.
