Creggs Rugby Club held a very successful fundraiser “Breakfast with the Lions” in association with Regan’s Bar and Quinntins Restaurant Roscommon last Saturday morning (+ see attached picture of part of the large attendance).
A big attended heard the Expert Panel air their views in a lively discussion hosted by Joe Finnegan and Tom O Brien whilst enjoying the excellent breakfast with plenty of coffee the order of the day.
Over 100 people of all ages attended and Creggs RFC president Jack Hegarty thanked all for the great turnout , Regan’s for the superb food and the sponsors for all the prizes . The was a free draw for a meal for two at Quinntins and other prizes. The match proved to be a nail biting affair with the British and Irish Lions just winning when Australia failed with a last minute penalty.
The Forecast the score prize of a Lions jersey was won by Pat Kennedy from Roscommon Town.

Creggs RFC are delighted to announce that owing to the success of the event we are running “Breakfast with the Lions /2” on Saturday next in Regan’s Bar and Restaurant . Doors open at 9.30am, with tickets on the door- Adults €15, Under-18’s €10, and Mini rugby players will be looked after by the club.
Fabulous full Irish breakfast and Free Draw on the morning with more excellent prizes and the Forecast the score winner this week will win the superb prize of Two Tickets for a six nations home match of your choice to see Ireland at the Aviva stadium next spring all for just €2 a line or 3lines for €5.
