SENIOR RUGBY:

Senior Team (& Under-19s) Training on this Wednesday at 8pm and Friday at 8pm.

Round 1, Heineken Connacht Junior Cup
Corrib RFC v Creggs Rugby at 2:30pm on Sunday (6th. Jan.) in Headford.
Referee: S.Phillips. Touch Judges: R.Brennan/M.Forrestal.
Please travel to Headford to support our lads in the Junior Cup.

NOTES Re: Heineken Connacht Junior Cup
As the second round of the Heineken Junior Cup is next week it’s imperative we get winners from the first round of matches so:

·         2x 40 minutes halves + 2 x 10 minute each way extra time if drawn after 80
·         If drawn after extra time the side that has scored more tries is declared the winner
·         If both teams are drawn after 80 minutes, drawn after extra time and level on tries scored the away team is declared the winner.
·         15 players + 5 subs (NOT rolling subs) are in effect.

Clubs with doubts about their pitches are asked to make alternative arrangements, (including looking at reversing) the fixture, to ensure the match gets played. Please contact the ref in case of any late changes.

YOUTH RUGBY:

Under-16: Buccaneers RFC v Creggs Rugby in Athlone on Saturday eve at 7pm
(Connacht Under-16 League A)

Under-14: Westport RFC v Creggs Rugby in Westport on Sunday at 12:00pm
(Connacht Under-14 League A North)

Youth Players Membership: Would all youth team players that have not yet paid their annual membership fee, please do so this week at training or at matches.

MINI RUGBY:

All our Mini Rugby teams (Under-8s, U-9s, U-10s, U-11, & U-12s) return to action after the Christmas break with training in Creggs at 11am on this Saturday (Jan. 5th.). Details of upcoming fixtures then.
