Creggs RFC Boys U16s played their first league game on Sunday against Monivea. The home side played much of the game without the ball having to defend and repel the Monivea attack. Monivea were very dominant and scored six converted tries despite some strong defence from the home side. Creggs determination was finally rewarded with a try from Fionn Healy to leave the full time score Creggs 7 – Monivea 42. This was a tough defeat for the team but it was their first outing of the season.
