Creggs under 14 team headed down to Gort on Saturday to play the team who are sitting third in the league table.A tough game was in front of the boys. Gort were on the score sheet after four minutes when their winger got around the Creggs full back who was unlucky not to tackle him out over the line. Leading 7 points to 0 Gort extended that to 21 to 0 by half time . Gort continued the second half exactly where they finished the first half. The home team tacked on three more tries and converting all three .There was consolation for the Creggs team to managed to score a try by Harris Curran and converted by Zac Kelly .With the final score line 42-7 this was not a true reflection on how the Creggs team played. They held two efforts up over the line a true reflection of the attitude showed by the Creggs side. When these two teams met in October Gort scored eight tries and were held to six on Saturday.
